It needed a name ^^;;; Strangely enough, I only name my hibisus plants, well... and the Indian rubber tree, who is called "Indy" ^^;;; The rest is nameless. Poor plants.
In my other comment (today about the opened blossom), I asked which hibiscus this was. I know now!
Physan is a very good disinfectant (you can use it in the kitchen, etc). I have used it successfully on my orchids. It is really more for fungus, though. You could try simple soapy water, it often works against plant lice and aphids.
Are those mites under the leaves, or all over? You can get rid of most with horticultural spray oil. It also protects against infectations.
