...vc_mel, nfu_nfu and I went to Hamburg. Shopped a bit in the OCS and in the city. Showed Vanny at least one sight of Hamburg (Binnenalster), had some Green Tea Lacino etc. ^_

Oh, when I look at that picture, the first thing that comes to mind is that Jin has bad breath:) ANd no wonder the quality of his facial skin is deteriorating fast ( it has that haggard look to it). Soon I'll need to fangirl JUMP because of this (*half-joke*)
Yeah, Japan tobacco is killing Japan's youth!!!! Sad to say, they don't have campaigns against smoking in Japan that says that smoking will kill you. Also, a lot of the teachers smoke. The general public awareness about the harm of smoking is close to nada:( I remember that JTA had this CM, but it was about telling people not to throw their cigarette butts on streets--"maintain your manner". And I'm guessing that they don't incorporate anti-smoking lessons in school. I noticed that here in the US, there are more young people who don't find smoking cool. And I think that one major reason for this is that it's taught in most schools.
one other thing, I think Jin looks a bit chunky for Japanese standards. (*sigh)--it's really hard to get rid of American calories--there's something in the food (*conspiracy theories*).
Personally I prefer people with a normal weight (= Jin) to skinny people (= Tegoshi), so I don't really mind him looking like he does _._ But maybe it's just the pasta that has him look like he does ^^;;;;;;;;
But you are completely right about the not existing "Smoking can kill you" campaign. I'm a bit amazed (in a bad sense) though, how a country like Japan can let smoking happen. Usually they are all polite and considerate (phones on the train and such), but when it comes to real serious business, the politics fail. To me, smoking when others, esp. kids, are around is much worse that calling somebody else while you are in a full train.
Talking about all those new movies I haven't heard about (except for indy - would be hard to miss that with all the promo going on xD) makes me feel like I'm really living under a rock *lol*
as for jin, I totally missed that *lol* And I must agree, that I don't think it is hot - though I must say, that the first one with the smoke does look good in a way, I like the pose, but I just don't like the cigarette so it still is major turn off xD
Urks _._

Yeah, I think so about the pose too. That is hot. I'd wish though, that they'd taken more pics like the first one, without any props...
