i agree with mike, if you're shrink is telling your dad about everything then i would just go in sit down and not say anything.

honestly, how are you supposed to trust him when you CANT trust him lol.

its not the shrink its just the psychiatrist. Everything he deals with for me only relates to ADHD. I wouldnt let my dad talk to my psychologist.
