Title: Taking It Back
Rating: PG-13/T (but this chapter has a vaguely, briefly described sex scene)
Summary: After the meeting at Scandals, Dave and Kurt attempt a friendship, much to the behest of everything around them.
Pairings: Kurtofsky (main), Klaine (slight), Seblaine, Santofsky

( Kurt was just everything and Dave knew somehow he wasn’t ever going to meet anyone else quite like him. Maybe that was for the best. )

Thank you so much. <3 I love Santofsky and it's pretty much nigh impossible for me to not to include if I'm writing a story about Dave. There was/is so much potential for them both to connect and bond and better themselves through a friendship and if RIB isn't going to take full advantage of that potential, then I certainly will.

I like to think their bonding over the summer is what helped Santana finally start dating Brittany, albeit secretly.

I dont necessarily ship Seblaine but they for sure are intriguing. and the way you are writing them is pretty beautiful and as backwards as it may sound it actually makes me forget that I dont liek Blaine at all. he is doing something wrong andI woudl kick his ass for hurting Kurt but when I look at the situation from where he is standing, who wouldnt want that feeling? to desire and be desired, to be with someone who makes the whole world disapear by hust looking at you

and then there is Dave and I love that he and Santana are friends. the way they talk to each other. and his thoguhts on Kurt are so very bittersweet. is it wrong that Im really looking forward to see how happy he is going to be when he actually gets Kurt?

I'm not a huge shipper of Seblaine either, but I find it sort of compelling. I certainly didn't expect this scene to come out as poignant as it did, though. I sort of envisioned Blaine just being an ass and Sebastian being an ass and boom, sex, but then I had to start diving into Blaine's character (for what it is). It didn't seem to make sense for him to just be like, 'lol, let's have sex' so I was like, 'what the hell, let's make him conflicted ( ... )

This is really great ! Davetana friendship is really cute (and something i'd like they use on the show to re-introduce Dave in the main story...) and I can't wait to see what Blaine is going to do after his "chess evening" with Sebastian... Will he be honest or try to play a double game for a while ?

I love Davetana too. It would be awesome if they took advantage of it on the show, but given RIB's horrible track record with friendships, I'm not holding my breath. BUT that doesn't mean I can't capitalize on it, right? ;D

The answer to this question will be revealed soon, though perhaps you can guess the most logical outcome with what we know of Blaine's character. ;)
