According to Wikipedia, the episode after this week's is called "Sexy" and has to do with Holly Holiday coming back to sub as the sex ed teacher. So if there's going to be a Burt/Kurt sex talk, I'd think it would fit in nicely with the theme of that episode. I think it would be amazing to see a completely hetero parent on primetime network TV discuss safe sex and other issues of sexuality with their gay kid. I don't think it's ever been done before, IIRC.
I still don't think Kurt would tell his dad about The Kiss, just because I think he'd consider it outing Dave in some way. But he might allude that he *has* been kissed, though, and that it wasn't 100% consensual.
As long as Burt sticks around, and MOM and CC get to have amazing scenes together, I'm happy no matter what or who comes up.
It's probably a conversation about Blaine though. Honestly even though everyone here wants Kurt/Dave I think the end game is Kurt/Blaine. :-\
Seriously if by the end of Glee Blaine is the only boyfriend Kurt ever has on the show I'm going to be so pissed. The hetero characters are all swapping partners every other episode and Kurt just continues to get even more super freaking hot with each one and I'm supposed to believe this kid is having dating problems how? I mean it is just beyond ridiculous that he could exit high school without a slew of boyfriends much less only one. Also I know that this wasn't really what you were saying but I just don't see them introducing another gay character besides Dave and Blaine so I'm just assuming if Kurt/Blaine is end game that Blaine would be his only boyfriend. /end rant
I love Kurt/Dave in fanfic but I just don't think it's realistic on the show. The biggest problem would probably be Burt actually. Can you imagine if Kurt brought home the guy who threatened to kill his son? LOL Burt would bust a gasket!
Actually I think it would make for some pretty entertaining drama but personally I think it's still too soon to speculate on where there going with Dave in terms of where he's going to stand with Kurt. I could see a friendship in canon at the very least and in glee land if things can go as far as friendship I don't think it would necessarily be that big of a stretch for a little romance. Obviously any relationship would be full of hurdles (like you said Burt would probably not be pleased) but that would be a pretty interesting struggle to flesh out. Then again this is Glee. The writers are kind of known for leaving potentially interesting story lines by the wayside.

Kurt's mortified. "D-dad, I've never...I mean...I haven't even done anything yet--and I don't plan on it...besides being kissed, but that was....only...yeah."
Burt, "Kissed? By who?"
Cue Kurt blankly staring.

I think Blaine's going to come up, and Burt has to give a talk about safe sex or something. JMO.
