Brian Dannelly is on board to helm Chris Colfer in his high school comedy "Struck by Lightning," to be shot during the "Glee" star's summer hiatus.
Colfer, who won a Golden Globe on Sunday for his portrayal of Kurt Hummel in "Glee," will be making his big-screen debut in "Lightning." David Permut ("Youth in Revolt") is producing.

I'm really excited for this.

Also, Saved! is like one of my top favorite movies ever. It's hilarious and I love how it's just a big religious satire.

I am very excited about this. I will do whatever it takes to watch it. (And I'm going to push my editors to publish this tidbit of news in our film magazine! Fingers crossed I can convince them to do this because Chris Colfer = important now!)

Edit: Holy crap. That was easy. XD I will get a space to publish news about Chris' movie in the Buzz (movie news) section. *grins*
