if you mean the manga, and if i remember correctly, i read that they don't have a raw provider for vol 11, so that's why there isnt any new chapters.

The english scanalations are behind because they don't have raw provider.
I only have the July2013 ZeroSum which the manga is published in but it wont be much help for the other chapters but the other chapters are up in Chinese :/
