Oh, I haven't been this upset with a movie... x/ all those minor annoyances from before, like e.g. Guy Ritchie's abysmal take on a classic, just don't qualify as a comparison, because I could ignore them - but I can't ignore THIS... So many thoughts in my head. I can't even write about this right now!

Haha, and I thought 'the bat' was a dead give-away x) I was talking The Dark Knight Rises. I'm very torn when it comes to some things in that film.

Ah, Meat Loaf is amazing! I worship him. He's been my first ever favorite singer, and the first musician over whom I got to talk about music with another person. (I wasn't very open about myself when I was a kid/teenager.)

As for my favorite Meat Loaf song... this may sound typical, but yes, I did fall for "I Would Do Anything For Love". I just loved the feeling, the way he sang it. It was the first song I heard by Meat Loaf. Then I listened to "Bat..." "Paradise By the Dashobard Light", "You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth" (Don't you love the verbosity?) and lately I love his version of "It's All Coming Back to Me Now"
