It's a strange place and it's getting stranger by the second.

So what is it tonight?
Vodka or wine?

I can't get it into my head how fast I get over things that just a second ago felt tragic, like e.g. being thrown out of the WWC. We just didn't focus enough. Just let it go... I feel like I've been shouting abusive stuff all throughout the second half and the extra time... in truth, I suppose I'm not really ( Read more... )

Heehee... does it now?

Goddamn, it does suck. The more as it is here, in our country, and the entire shitty atmosphere we're in was rising and improving once again. And it was damn good for the football.

Well, and the home country still being in it probably filled a lot of stadiums. I so want the women's game to be bigger, but they're barely even showing it on the TV here. Not that I much watch it, but I wish it well!!!

Indeed, it did. Although we have a quite big Asian and especially Japanese population around here, and they will certainly continue to watch.

I'm not very happy to hear it's not really broadasted seeing as your team is actually one of the probable favorites. But then I suppose it's understandable if there is not that much general interest, a) in football and b) in womens football.

It's wrong all the same that it's treated so unfair, almost everywhere, like it's not worthy of any attention at all.

Hurray for Blackadder, one of the best comedies ever made!

Hurray! xD

THAT. Is so very true. One of the very few british comedy shows that I watched in my youth already. (No... the only one. oh, and Monthy Python, lol.) With German dubbing back then, and not knowing either Stephen Fry nor Hugh Laurie, but it was so damn hilarious even then.

I was sorry to see Germany went out (and that's not because I begrudge the Japanese team anything)
But for an organising country it's so extra nice to see their own team going to the finals.

Were two exciting matches, yesterday, at least in my non-expert eyes.

And yeah, Blackadder.
