I'm posting this very much at random. A bunch of footballer banners/headers/blends, ranking from rather old and 'I was just beginning experimenting with new ideas' to new and 'I think I may have figured it out halfway'. Needless to say I'm not exactly happy with some of them >__<

Amaaaazing!!! I really i have no idea how you do that!!! It looks tons professional, tons better than in any footie magazin or adv poster it looks GREAT! I used to foolin(around?) with effects/contrast/texture things a lot, and still i can't say what you did here and how. It's just seems like a LOT of work and talent:-D:-P

It's really all a thing of trying out stuff and having enough patience to try again even if it looks awful the first time around, lol. But you must know that because I'm sure you sometimes need patience, too, when you draw ^__^

But i'm sure whatever you explain me i'm anyway not able to try to repeat it by myself:) and as people saying your style is unique, i've seen a lot of your works(blenders headers banners not slash:)) on different sites and forums long time ago, and i was thrilled to find them here at first but now i definitely know your hand:) it's mostly not credited:-( and i have saved a lot for myself before i even knew it was yours:$sooorrryyy <3<3<3

... well, I'm happy when people use my banners. One just can't expect everybody to credit, I guess, and I can't control where my stuff is going once I posted it. I don't even know if I want to ask where you have seen them, lol.

... there are two sides to vanity. You want people to know this is your work... but on the other hand it gives you something to imagine someone might be looking at it and think 'cool' or 'wow' or 'nice' or even 'ewwww... yucky!'...

Anyway, it's ok, I'm happy if you liked the things enough to save them :) That's great really.

And lol xDDD ah, many things in photoshop become more and more easy once you have learned them, lol. But you do your drawings beautifully and you should rather spend your time on that anyway :D

Thank you that sounds very good. I suppose it's like with writing, an own style in development... even though I know a personal 'handwriting' makes you replay your personal mistakes, too, sort of, heh. I doubt it's genes though, lol.

And what's wrong with personal mistakes? At least they are your own. Fans might actually love your work for it.

At least it's something you're born with. It's never just plain hard work.

Heh, it makes me think of how much I disliked drawing people when I was a child or even in school. Because for some reason, it was important to me that people really loked like people, and I just couldn't pull that off, haha! So I'd draw all kinds of things but never humans.
