I mean it's not as if we haven't seen Doctor Whooves all over the place already, it's just a natural progression.

Also, I want to see Jack encounter Pinkie Pie.

Encountering Pinkie Pie is generally a pretty epic experience all on its own, no matter who you are.

Although I'm sure deep down Jack would find her adorable. It's Pinkie. Everyone does.

We've already HAD TinkerbellfairyJesus!Doctor, I don't think Ponies would be that far-fetched.

And, c'mon, the goa'uld and the ori aren't really... high-class drama.

Plus, the ponies do have a physical goddess ruling over them. It's really, really not all that off the wall.
