So, I'm reading the reviews on The Last Airbender and being gleeful, particuarly as I recall some of the things I was called when I pointed out the racist nature of the casting.

Shitty reviews for a shitty movie. Maybe he'll stop being put on any films ever again? We can hope? How many flops does the dude have to make in a row before studios get the message?

Hell yes. Normally, I'd feel a little bad about it, but Shamylan is SUCH an arrogant prick and so utterly convinced of his own brillance and has spent so much time telling everyone that he knows best and he's making the source material "better" and it's just fantastic to see him taken down a peg.

Also, the racist casting is just appalling on so many levels. But maybe this'll shut the people up who keep insisting that the lily-white kids got the parts because they were the best actors.

From what I'm hearing, a stick of wood would've done a better job than these kids.
