Going to the gym would do me a world of good. Unfortunately, this week the gym is just a pipe dream - no chance of it happening. I'm working from around 10:00-10:00 almost every day, plus I'm working on the fourth.
Also, having just realized that I spent my entire response whinging about my life, you've my utter sympathies (and also secret envy) for your gym pains. Gym pains hurt, especially if they're beyond the good sort of hurt.
