I downloaded all my japan pictures, but don't feel like going through them right now. so instead, some gratuitous photos of sophie.

I don't know much about graphic converter, but one of the neat features of Photoshop that is like graphic converter but way more flexible is the ability to create "Actions" (Adobe's name for macros) and save them as "droplets" which are like stand-alone scripts that you can drag photos onto in order to provide certain conversions.

For editing photos, though, you should check out Lightroom. I was pretty critical of it during the beta stages, but it really turned out to be a solid product in the end.
