I have to say, without actually seeing anything (where my YouTube clips, hehehe) or reading an actual transcript (just a lot of general squeeing mixed in with "OMG, he can't live without her!" and other bits of info), I actually am very shocked to hear that the Old Man actually left the Fleet, or rather, let the Fleet leave him. I thought for sure that we'd get a lot of angst about how he simply couldn't risk the rest of the Fleet for one woman (okay, and a bunch of his people and the rebel Cylons), but instead, we got this.

Re: CapSix and Tigh; This is what happens when I absolutely refuse to believe something. I might owe Lynn some money. Money that I don't have. (Anne of Green Gables festival, here I come!)

The biggest question in my mind is, how's Laura going to react to the flight suit?

That was for me a profoundly Bill moment. He spends such long stretches as the hyper-responsible Admiral, and then his emotions and gut reactions knee-jerk him into something like this. *clings*

I'm not saying it was the right decision to make, mind you ... but it was a very Bill decision to make. Lee and Saul are family, therefore he trusts them, bottom line.

Laura will probably start off torqued off at him, truth be told. We'll see if the flight suit mitigates that ...
