I go back and forth on how Rose is going to think right after JE. Here she is a bit more preoccupied with him. In the possible second part, we'd see more of a focus on her. And that talking they'd need to do. Maybe. ;).

One beta wanted this longer, the other wanted it just as it is. I wanted to post it, so... here it is.

This was lovely. This seemed so perfectly *them*, even if I never imagined I'd hear the word "snuggly" come out of the Doctor's mouth. :) I love how tentative they are with each other. Uncertain, not of each other, but of what they have and where they'll go from here. I like this story as it is, and I understand why you left it here. But if you ever feel like rescuing the rest of it from your purse, I'd love to read how you imagine their relationship unfolding.
