Well, I made it! I'm in my hotel in not so sunny Leeds, having spent a few wonderful hours at the Royal Armouries museum, which has an amazing array of armour from all over the world. They even have a full sized elephant with armour! Fantastic! I took photos. Will share some when I can

Ooo didn't realise you coming up North, and so close! :D And the Royal Armouries is indeed fantastic, though I may be biased as I used to work there. :)

I hope your stay in the UK is a good one, and that the weather behaves itself for your research trips.
