1. I've been practicing (ok, I just started) Louise Hay's mirror work, saying I love you to myself in the mirror. It feels completely stupid (and a lie, knowing how I truly feel about myself). It can't hurt though, right

I miss your posts!
I don't think I'm brave. Most of the time I'm mortified by what I post! I do need some kind of outlet though. It's a way to be a tad bit creative, and I can't help but spill some feelings.

I think the willingness to love oneself might be what makes the difference. Renouncing self-hate, anyway.
