Next question:

If someone is flirting with you or interested in you and you are not interested in him/her romantically, but only as friends what do you do? For instance, they give you their number or send you emails frequently, call you but have never blatantly said they are interested.

sometimes I just try to be honest, not saying it works, but sometimes just laying out on the table opens easier less energy spending doors...
