The Big Apple

Last week I was in New York city on business, and I managed to take time out for a sunset cruise of New York harbor, including (of course) a swing by Ellis Island and its most famous landmark.  My phone doesn't take great photos, but here is my best shot of Lady Liberty.  I had never sen her in person before. She looks darn good for her age!

NYC, just got here this morning! Three bucks, two bags, one MEEEE! NYC! I give you fair warning. Up there, in lights I'll be!

Sorry, just got my Annie on. NYC is so dear to my heart. I truly don't think I could ever live outside of driving distance from it, even if it means I am eternally bound to pay for the privilege.

I am in absolute envy - I deeply love New York (we try to get there often as my brother lives there, and my parents are there right now!).

If I had the money, I'd definitely live there. Would hate to be there without money, though... not fun at all.
