My Nebula weekend

I made it to the Nebulas! I have never been to a “Nebula Weekend” before. For a long time I thought you had to be in SFWA to go (you don't, except for the SFWA business meeting itself). Here was me thinking you were a member. I am, I was even in the US, but I didn't go. In hindsight, I probably should have, but yeah, it was a bit hard to justify yet more days away from the family. Next year...

That would probably be a good idea, but right now it looks like my next visit will be on the week of the Fourth of July in New York. WIll have to time things better next time!

Oh, Worldcon will be a different feel all together. This was so small for a "con" that it almost felt cozy. Worldcon is kinda crazy-- 5, 6, 8, tracks of programming at once and (comparatively) huge crowds. You will get to see the Hugos awarded, though, so that will be similar. Have fun!
