The pediatrician of my kids never gives them multi-sympthom cold relief, he says they have to go through it without anything( only paracetamol or tylenol)because that way they will get less viruses. I almost wanted to kill him the first years when my kinds had a cold for 15 days, but the truth is that the don't get colds often know and they go through it easily.

I laso would love that books stay the way they are only digitalized.

It probably does build up your immune system to be exposed to more viruses, but it's sure no fun. Ugh!
