Hmm, you didn't mention the Alaska cap, and the two hot/cold bags. Or did someone rip them off before you got the package? Also, the 'curtain rod end', were not curtain rod ends, but the two finiels that Terry made you for your tent. Don't you remember asking him to do that?

No, the finneals he made me you gave me before I left Tassie and were here already before you sent this package. The finneals are sassafrass and made by wood turning. These two knobs you sent are much smaller than the finneals, and are carved with a leaf pattern that had to have bee added when the wood wasn't spinning. I can't tell what sort of wood they are made from as they have a thick, dark wood stain on them which obscures the wood grain, and they are not as good craftsmanship in the finishing/polish as Terry's work. The knobs are lovely and potentially useful, but I am certain he didn't make them. Thanks again for the package, it was fun to open, and the cool bags are likely to be used often, as they are larger than my little lunch bags, yet smaller than the big cool bag we have.
