There are an astounding number of Egyptian tunics surviving (and more that would have survived if antiquity dealers hadn't cut them up to sell the decorative sections separately). I believe the blue one is a child's tunic. There are slight differences in the proportions, and the use of the side neck opening seems to be more common on children's tunics (perhaps because of the relatively larger head size).
I hadn't really thought about size, but now that you mention it, I think I agree that the blue one is likely a child's based on how it looks, even though there is nothing in the photo for scale.
