Since I wasn't signed up for any of today's short courses I took the day off. Started out by walking into town the senic way--keeping fairly high on the hill, passing Fitzroy Gardens and eventually wending my way into the city center, arriving just after 09:00, which was good since I wanted a few things from the shops

A salve with comfrey, plantain, and calendula is also great for psoriasis. (I make such a salve, but it's probably not practical to send you some!) If you're ever interested in making your own version of something like that, I'd be happy to give you a recipe.

Perhaps one day I will manage to visit An Tir again, and can sample your salve in person. Feel free to share the recipe--I many not have time to do anything with it now, but one never knows when one might get inspired.

Granted, I am kind of hampered by the fact that I know that at least the first two items on that list are plants, but I haven't a clue what they look like or where to find them, and I am not even certain what the third is. (ok, I could ask google, but just at the moment I have enough other things I should be doing I am willing to admit ignorance...)
