My wife often forces me to watch Project Runway with her. I comply because she watches my shows with me, i.e. anything with violence or science in it. I haven't even met this guy yet, my daughter being less than a year old as I write this. But I know one thing I will surely tell him in all seriousness:

"Break her heart and I'll break your neck, capiche?"

Every man with a daughter should memorize this and practice it in front of a mirror.
