My knee jerk response would be to say, "Dude, did you really just do that?"

And then immediately ask to speak to the manager, while trying desperately not to wrack my brains trying to come up with every possible meal I've eaten with food products prepared by this guy.

I think I was too gobsmacked to say anything. I just made this face D: and dumped the turkey elsewhere in the store. I really should have said something to someone. That guy will probably be cutting meat for 6 more hours.

They always had a good health dept score. I strongly suspected that those health scores meant nothing. Now I know it's true.

Dude, as someone who worked in food service, I will tell you those scores are basically worthless. I worked at a place that straight up FAILED a surprise health inspection, but because the inspector and my manager were from the same small Caribbean island, we got an 100.

I'm not sure what I'd do besides what I ticked because I am so bad at confronting situations like this but, ew, gross. I certainly wouldn't want to buy that. D:
