It seemed a shame that we didn't get more interaction between these two. I bet the writers could have had some interesting New Caprica stories with Kara/Sam & Tyrol/Cally trying to build a life from near scratch.

And I've always thought that Cally's spunk would be something that would appeal to Kara, especially since there wouldn't be the competition/pressure that came with her interactions with the other pilots.

Completely agree - I think these two could've been really good friends!

...Course, i'm biased by a fic I wrote wherein they are friends, but still. They really work together!

Oh man, miniseries! Cally looks like SUCH a baby here (and how I loved Kara's scruffy mop of hair, despite the commonly expressed hatred for it).
