So are Cersei (Lena Headey)'s children still actually fathered by her twin brother Jaime rather than her husband Robert, like in the books?

The Dany stuff is gross about 80% because of her brother, and 20% by HBO deciding the Dothraki just weren't freaky enough, and GRRM's portrayal of the culture was already bad enough. (Though, really, the eventual point of this arc is that it's her story and she's the Epic Destined Hero, the men just don't know it yet.)

You've read the book, right? How exactly does that wedding night go in the book, because I've heard it's different, but I've seen some people say it's better and some people say it's worse. I'm wondering how it could possibly be ickier than what they showed onscreen.
