Tempo Run - Lacking Enthusiasm

So I did my first "tempo run" today. The instructions are to run 5 miles. The first mile is warm up. The next three miles are to be run at a 9:28 minute per mile pace, and then the last mile is cool down. My mile breakdown isn't all that exact, but here's how I did ( Read more... )

It's a challenge to conquer - the race, personal goals, etc. You're allowed a day or two of meh. It makes me feel better, since I totally have those days too ;)
