The interrogation room in Border Watch’s headquarters was completely different from the ones in the Light Watch. First of all, the number of windows and mirrors was incredible; practically there was no wall, just tiles made from glass. Three men were gathered here because this was the only place where they could peacefully discuss about their cooperation from now on. It was obvious that everything will change since Ninomiya will have not only this tall kid on his back but also he would have to act properly because of the presence of the Grey one so close to him. That means no more his way of asking questions and most definitely no more sex with Matsumoto. The last statement didn’t make Kazunari as happy as he wished for but on the other hand this was better. He decided to become just a Light Watch officer though.
“I hope you understand everything. I am not here to help you in any way in your investigation. I will be watching you to be sure that this case does not threat the Treaty. Now, when it’s in our country we cannot allow to any peril. Of course, I will watch closely at your methods.” Sakurai said the last sentence looking at Nino with a slight shadow of smirk on his face. Great! The Light Watch officer thought. Now I will have a Grey one on my back. Literarily…
“Of course, Sakurai-san.” Jun bowed gently and smiled. Yes, probably Takeo-sama enlightened him in Kazunari’s case and now the taller man is laughing deep inside. Just wait, we’ll see who will laugh last…
“Do you have any information about this…” Sho looked at the document in front of him. “… Aiba Masaki?”
“Not yet.” Ninomiya allowed himself to speak for the first time since they came to this room. “I was supposed to call to our man in the police but we received the information about the Border Watch joining the investigation, so we came here. As soon as we know who this birdie is, we’ll let you know.”
“Good. Now, excuse me I have other obligations. We will meet in the evening to talk about further details. Good day.” The Border Watch officer bowed and left the room, showing the exit to his guests. On their way out Kazunari called Matsuyama - the Light Watch employee that worked in the main police station and asked him to look for any information about the Sunshine Boy. Both Watches had their people inside the state institution such as police, hospitals, even fire department to gather information about people involved in crimes against the balance. Maybe it was illegal but because nobody knew about the Treaty and Watches it wasn’t any trouble. The Watches were above any civilian’s organization and had such authorizations that any president or king could only imagine.
“I called our man also, we should have that man’s portfolio soon.” Matsumoto leaned against the pillar outside the Grey ones’ headquarters and looked at the streets. Kazunari had to admit that his side-face was extremely beautiful and that thought was dangerous. Swallowing his saliva he turned his gaze away.
“Yes. What we’ll do with the free time?” He asked quietly, feeling the taller man’s gaze. Does it always have to be this way? Balancing on the edge of decency and morality, sinning in any possible way just to prove that he knows best… The heat he felt every time the latter was looking at him, the thoughts that was invading his mind when the taller man licked his lips… All of this overshadowed his common sense.
“I don’t know how about you but I am hungry. I’ll go home and eat something and let’s meet later.” Kazunari suddenly wanted to be as far from this man as possible, to calm down his body and clear his mind. He took few steps towards his apartment but strong grip of Jun’s hand on his arm stopped him.
“I am hungry too. Let’s go to my place, I have some good pasta. Besides, probably it’s time when we should talk since we’ll work together for a long time. Besides I live nearby.”
“Okay.” This idea was so wrong in any possible way but Kazunari couldn’t say anything else. Deep in his mind some stupid and naïve thought appeared; thought that in that way he will be able to stop dreaming about that body writhing underneath him. Pathetic… You are pathetic, Ninomiya! With those words in his head he followed his forced coworker to his apartment, which was situated three blocks from the Border Watch’s central station. Matsumoto’s condo was bigger than Ninomiya’s, with big sunny living room and not smaller bedroom. Jun went straight to the kitchen to heat up the dinner, asking Kazunari to feel at home. Funny, the Dark Watch officer behaved like a good host, while Nino yelled at him and threw him away. Somebody who doesn’t know them could think that the younger man is from the Light Watch. This small irony was absurd so the older guy couldn’t help but giggle.
“What’s so amusing, Ninomiya-san?” Matsumoto’s voice sounded dangerously close to the latter’s ear. Without saying a word the Light Watch’s officer turned around to find himself few inches from Jun so he took a step back.
“Nothing. I just thought about the investigation.” Kazunari looked at the table and smiled. “Great, food is ready. I’m starving.” Without any delay he grabbed the plate and packed his mouth with warm, but not too hot pasta. He tried not to notice Matsumoto but soon he finished his meal and put the dishes in the dishwasher. “Can I ask you something Matsumoto-san?”
“Yes.”
“Why did you join the Dark Watch? I mean, why did you send your application…”
“I don’t know exactly. I finished high school and didn’t get in the University, I couldn’t find a job and one day I met Takeo-sama. He said that I am suited to this work… You know my boss can recognize a good officer at first sight. I passed the exams and here I am… What about you?”
Ninomiya dried up for a while; he didn’t want to lie, so without any hesitation he said one word.
“Woman.”
“A woman? What does that mean?”
“I saved a woman from a fire… Well, she was my lover back then but that’s not important. Anyway, I came in the burning building and took the woman outside. Later somebody said that none of the fire fighters could go inside, because it was too hot there. I couldn’t feel it…”
“High resistance for pain… I see… And what next?”
“I didn’t even notice when I became the Light Watch officer…” Kazunari took a sip of green tea and looked out the window.
“And the woman?”
“Not your business. You asked about it only because you want to know more about me and sabotage my investigation, right?”
“What?!” Matsumoto laughed. “You’re crazy…”
“No, I just learned that Dark Watch officer can’t become your friend. You always look for some excuses to destroy people’s lives. So please, cut the crap and let’s finish this investigation as soon as possible.”
“I was wrong. You are not crazy, you are stupid!”
“I just stated the fact. You think why there is a partition on Light and Dark? We are the good guys, you are the bad ones and let it stay that way. No need to know more about each other. We should keep the balance and that’s it.” Ninomiya sighed. He hated those spiritual conversations about meaning of life and the Treaty. The world existed in this way for centuries and there was no sense in trying to change that or become more acquaintance with the other party.
“As you wish, I just wanted to improve our cooperation, that’s all.”
“Don’t act like a good boy, whom we both know that you aren’t. Listen, thank you for the invitation but I better go home now.”
“No. I still have unfinished business with you…”
“Wha…” Ninomiya couldn’t finish the word because he was thrown on the couch with almost brutal force, his lips smashed by the latter’s. Soon enough the hot flickering tongue invaded Kazunari’s mouth and long fingers found their way under his T-shirt. Nino wanted to push Jun away but he didn’t manage as his hands were pinned above his head.
“I know you like it, probably as much as I do. So stop kicking… or do you enjoy when it hurts?” Matsumoto whispered the last sentence straight in the Light Watch’s officer’s lips before claiming them again. The older man didn’t want to give up though and started to wriggle, trying to move away as far as possible. The younger man pressed him to the couch with his body and when Ninomiya thought that he will be crushed, Jun rolled his hips, brushing their crotches against each other. That was the spark that lit the fuse; soon the Light Watch officer tried to free himself for the last time and eventually gave up when Matsumoto ripped off his shirt in one pull. Shortly the white skin on Kazunari’s torso was marked with the Dark Watch’s officer’s teeth releasing soft moans. When the wet trace of Jun’s saliva reached the edge of Ninomiya’s pants the older’s eyes met his lover’s and noticed that usual, annoying smirk, which was somehow arousing at the moment. Without a word Matsumoto unzipped Nino’s pants and pulled them down exposing black boxer shorts and visible bulge. The taller man rubbed it before he started to bite the growing flesh through the material with abandon. Blood from Kazunari’s entire body seemed to concentrate in one certain point, making his shorts so tight that it almost hurt. He didn’t like that position at all; he decided to take over at the earliest opportunity but just then he was freed from all of his clothes and before he could react in any way Jun took half of the length in his mouth and sucked it hard, licking the head every time he reached it and squeezing his balls. There was no way Ninomiya could respond in any way, feeling electric jolts taking over his body.
“Damn you, Matsumoto!” The Light Watch’s officer hissed through clenched teeth, grabbing his lover’s hair and pulling them hard and thrusting in his mouth, not caring about anything. This was his way to take the control and he was satisfied with that but shortly he stopped caring about the world outside. All that mattered was that hot lips around him, swirling tongue and orgasm that was approaching quickly. Soon he reached his climax, exploding deep in Matsumoto’s mouth, letting the younger man swallow everything. Kazunari moaned one last time and smirked, wanting to say something but without any warning he was brutally turned on his stomach and some cold object invaded him, causing burning pain.
“What the fuck?” Ninomiya yelled. He was mad so much that he wanted to break the tight grip, but he couldn’t. With every move the object was going deeper, stretching him until it was replaced by, as Kazunari thought, Jun’s member. The Dark Watch’s officer set a mad tempo, thrusting fast, not giving a damn about hitting Nino’s spot regularly. The taller man moved few more times before he pulled out, stroked himself few times and spilled his warm semen on Nino’s butt-cheeks and back. Breathing fast, he collapsed on the Light Watch’s worker, gasping for air and smiling.
“You thought that I invited you here for a dinner? I’ve told you… I had to repay you for the last time… Now we’re even…” Matsumoto eventually moved away, frowning. “Great, now I am all sticky…”
“You little…” Nino sat up and grabbed Jun’s throat. “Don’t you ever do that again!”
“The bathroom is there…” The taller man pointed to the black door. Kazunari took few deep breaths, reminding himself that killing the Dark Watch’s officer is a crime punishable by death and by “death” he means exile to the emptiness. After taking a quick shower Ninomiya rushed to Matsuyama, who had called him and told him about the Aiba’s portfolio he prepared. Finally the investigation moved forward and that means that his days with that stingy sadist will be soon over.
