That's what I weighed approximately 2 months ago. Um, never in my life have I weighed that much. So I started working out and I'm happy to report that I've already lost 12 pounds. Yay! I found this amazing class I've been taking every single day which is a combination of yoga, pilates, and ballet and is basically all isometric exercises focusing on ( Read more... )

well, if you've already lost 12 lbs in 2 months, you can TOTALLY lose the next 15 in the next 4! good luck and you're right about knowing your own body, as long as you feel good and your health isn't suffering, 115 is probably totally fine.

i'm trying to lose my last 5, REALLY lose it, so i fluctuate on the lower side of 125, by next week....may have to extend that to September 1st. however, i woke up this morning and my scale was 127.8!

i'm thinking i may even take my goal down to 120, because the stomach and thighs are still there...

It's so hard isn't it? The exercise I've got down, but even eating veggie the temptation is there for the fried food and the chocolate desserts. And even fruit will make you fat if you eat enough of it. Trying to stay strong though!!!

fruit will make you fat? you'd have to eat POUNDS of it every single day! eating an apple, or an orange, or a banana, or some other form of fruit every single day...as long as it isn't paired with anything fattening (like PB), won't make you fat!

right now i'm eating fruit cocktail sweetened with splenda...no added sugar, no fat, healthy! the heavy syrup shit though, that is a whole other story.

well i correct myself...there have been studies done that fructose, more so than glucose, in fruit can turn into fat when you eat enough of it. granted, you do have to eat a lot...more than three cups a day.

haha, I didn't mean LITERALLY, fruit is one of the staples of my diet. My point was, if you eat enough of ANYTHING it will make you fat. I already eat healthy, my concern is controlling portion size and quantity. I tend to eat A LOT!

I was 144.5 today, I want to at least get to 135 my pre-pregnancy weight. I ideally want to weight 125. I need to start working out and watching what I eat.
