My most loved paragraph in the Character Descriptions? THIS: "It's passion, in the end: Gwen's all about passion. She loves her man, she loves her child, she loves this mad old world, and maybe she loves Captain Jack Harkness just a little too much."

...and maybe she loves Caption Jack Harkness just a little too much. Made me laugh a little, because this enumeration is really fitting soooo soooo well.

I'm still not totally thrilled by the prospective that I'll never get my TW S1 back T_T - which in my opinion was by far the best season - but it doesn't sound as bad as I feared now.

I agree it sucks that we'll never get some of the good parts of Series 1 back, but I think what we're getting instead will help make up for the lost opportunities of Series 2.

It's' gonna be amazing. And as always, it's not even that I want J/G so much as I want to say "in your face" to every J/Ier who tried to tell me that Jack didn't want Gwen, didn't love Gwen and was ONLY interested in Ianto.

oh yeah! & now doesn't it truly make those scenes in KKBB look even more like Ianto was only ever the rebound guy after Jack found out Gwen was engaged :)

The difference between "I came back for you...for all of you." and "I came back for you." FULL STOP is so obvious that it takes deliberate blinders NOT to see it. And as I always tell people who try to throw the "office scene" in my face...TIMING IS EVERYTHING. He didn't ask for a "date" with Ianto until AFTER he found out about Gwen being engaged. Period. End of story.
