Ooooh, lovely. I like how Cuddy knows exactly what's going on because she's been in Cameron's position before - that seems very plausible to me. And I like scheming!Cuddy, not trying to prevent Cam from making the mistake, just waiting for Cam to come to her in need of comfort. Very nice.

Er, I think you have an extraneous comma there, in between "at some" and "point" in the third paragraph. No biggie, just thought I'd mention it. :)
