I've decided that this actually is a missing scene from the episode. It really does fit so well with the whole feel of last week's craziness, and why wouldn't House resort to jerking off to try and remember what happened? This is totally in his character and you've made me believe it actually happened in the episode... we can dream it did anyway ;-)!
