a. What initially prompted me to like the character enough to write about him/her.
The Philosopher Jagger line and the H/W dynamic.
b. One of his/her best traits The snark. He says all the things I want to say and don't have the balls.
c. One of his/her worst traits He does have a nasty streak of self-pity.
d. How easy/difficult I find it to write the character
Pretty much the easiest character for me to write. Because I want to say all that stuff and House is my outlet for it.
e. The story/chapter/paragraph/phrase where I feel that I truly captured the character Wow! A lot to choose from only because I've written so much. How about this tidbit from "Up On The Roof?"
House wasn’t a sadist, at least not sexually. He insulted his staff to make them better doctors and the idiots who passed through the clinic because they had it coming, but generally not his lovers, at least not while in the act.
f. My plans (if any) to write the character in the near future (which may be more optimistic than realistic, but rousing old muses
