One fic-written for MMOMQuick non-show related rant before I proceed: What the heck is up with all these Youtube clips for various TV Show credits in the style of other TV shows? Indeed! Although I really hope he gets to be a little more than EEEEEEVIL. (Frankly this isn't the show where I honestly see much hope for nuance in the designated baddies.)

YAY! :D Honestly, I've been expecting a twist, because the creator repeated many times: "He's evil!!!" I get that they use Jack Coleman's name as a promotional material (YAY!) but why aren't they more like "You will see..."?

The only thing I can think of is that there's a BIGGER baddie manipulating Jack's big baddie politician...maybe even on a Manchurian Candidate level?

YAY! It's just weird that it's NOT there considering that we're in the 4th season already...I wonder if it's got to do with ABC being especially protective/litiginous about its material.

I guess it's just something I've been noticing lately as I try to find the opening credits to put in the 100 Things posts. I had the same problem with Bones. I was like...yeah, the Bones Credits in the Style of Buffy is cute...but where are the original opening credits?

Color me clueless.

Ugh, Bones. Booth and Brennan skipped the romance and went from UST to boring couple. One point that irritates me--I should think the FBI wouldn't let them work together now that they're a couple. I should think Booth in his macho way, would think it too risky, as parents of Christine. I don't know why I'm still watching.

I like Castle the way I like a Hershey bar. It provides comfort more than great taste.

Well, I'm more a Nestle's Crunch gal myself, but absolutely---it ain't Godiva Chocolate (or even Mrs. See.)

As you can see from the previous 100 Things entry Bones has lost me and I can't imagine going back. So many "doing it wrong" steps along the way, culminating in the Booth/Brennan train wreck.

Yay, I'm so glad you like Castle, even in a non-invested way. I still need to see the first nine eps of the new season, but I'm excited for what I get to see.

I really like most of how they're handling the new season, especially in light of the Bones comparison. I will say that Nathan Fillion has a much lighter touch than David Boreanz, which helps a lot. Even when he is being an asshat, he still comes off like a charming asshat, where as Booth tends to be more of a jerk---especially on the religion angle.
