I could see Ziva doing that just to enjoy the resulting Gibbs eruption. This being the MMOM, though, that's not all she enjoyed :D

One thing I've always loved about Ziva from her first appearance is her unabashed sexuality. Remember how she unnerved Tony by telling him that women fantasized and implied that she thought about woman as well?

So I think this was MUCH less about annoying Gibbs and more about her own pleasure.

Yay for women watching porn!!! I blush to admit to didn't come to my mind that she just wanted to anger her boss which has some likelyhood, since I'm sure those lovely services just charge credit cards as "pay per view TV". No direct experience (as you know, I like my porn in written form) but I have a hunch.

You know what? One of these days when I'm not freaking out about the finale which I haven't seen yet so don't spoil me so nervous I will have to go back and read all your Ziva fics so far.

I am a bit disappointed in DiNozzo, though. I would have to be starving to eat Toblerone. On the other hand, I've never had the munchies :).

My thing with the Toblerone is that I don't know ANYONE who would ever eat it under regular circumstances, but it's ALWAYS in the mini-bar goodie basket and I could definitely see Tony grabbing it in the middle of the night.

I may have been over-looking reality for the sake of a laugh. NCIS just had their season finale which was on the dark side and I figured the fandom could use a bit of fluff.
