I did. I got the sales rep at Bigger and More Expensive Hotel to guarantee that he will get an upgrade to a bigger room with a better TV and that Front Office manager will be there to greet him and make sure everything is ok.

I love your icon. Oh George! I'm honestly not sure what the dividing line is between regular old sucky job and being able to tar my client with the customers_suck brush, but several members called me out and the Mod agreed.
