Poking around LJ today, I was surprised to see no rants on the asexual aspect of the show. Then I realized that most of my friends have moved on from the fandom and I have already unsubbed from all the House comms I am in...

Well...you tend to be more generous toward H/W, especially if there's a hint of shippiness, so you might have liked those bits. I hope you'd be equally offended by the treatment of the asexuality theme.
