Your husband is awesome, but I must admit I'm impressed by Sebastian who is 1) working on Sunday and 2) coloring your hair for 40$. 1) would be illegal in Italy, and 2), while legal, is unheard of. Plus, I'm so happy I don't use hair color (my hair grows very fast and it's white not grey - I would have to go every other week to be vaguely decent).
I don't think they sell sudafed otc in Italy, and anyway the only store open in the night would probably be a pharmacy. Europe is not homogeneous in pharmaceutical things (which is good, because the day after my daughter hits puberty I'll probably be in England stocking up OTC plan B).
I let the tresses go WAY TOO LONG this time around. The last time I had them done was my Birthday, so nearly two whole months. OUCH! Not only were the roots showing, but it had the consistency of a Brillo pad. Now it's not only red, but smooth and sleek. And yes, I am getting away with high-way robbery, because Sebastian only charges me the cost of the product, plus buying him brunch.
It was catered in courses. First there was turkey and cold plates, then sushi and then some stuff from Bruno's catering. By about 6PM the place was pretty full and the waiting time was way over an hour. Some of the old-timers showed up, which was nice. When Hubby said it was time to go, I was ok with it.

Also, when I first started reading I read "nippy" as "shippy", and it totally didn't make a difference.

Beta moment: how would you spell the word that I'd spell 'manoeuvred'?
