Yes on the song, no on the performer, although to be honest, I was surprised to find out that Olivia had recorded it or that anyone else had for that matter. You get your song credit, but feel free to take another shot at the singer.

Cliff - I have him singing it on a concert DVD. If it's not him I don't know who it is ;) This is a guess but an educted one.

It is Cliff. Is that DVD of the concert recorded for the Help It Along album, which is where I have it from? If there's live footage of that, I really need to see it.

I honestly had no idea that Olivia had also recorded the song until I was checking the lyrics and came across her extremely strange video on YOUTUBE.

I kind of love that Cliff did this sort of proto-environments (and bizarre) song as part of a mostly Gospel album.
