Thanks. That is one of my favorite Donna episodes, where you really see her making the transition from her older self, without all the pain of Midnight or Turn Left.

Wow. Just wow. Did Agatha Christie really show up onDoctor Who, or is it your addition? Either way, great story. Fits well with a long history of women love in Victorian England.(Yes, I know that Agatha Christie isn't victorian).

Agatha appears in an episode called The Unicorn and the Wasp in the 4th Series of New Who played by the fabulous (and fabulously named) Fenella Woolgar. It is one of my favorite Donna episodes and it's one you could almost watch as a stand-alone. Glad you liked the drabble. I was definitely trying to incorporate a bit of that Victorian female love/friendship feeling in there.

Yes yes yes!

Was it being able to share her burden or the kiss she’d felt compelled to steal from Miss Noble before she ran away?

Both, I imagine. :)

Thank you sweetie! Naughty me, messing with canon a bit, but that scene with Donna and Agatha felt like it could use some girl-kissing. Plus I had a Fenella sighting on a Masterpiece Mystery so the temptation was irresistible.
