True. Like beauty, danger is in the eye of the beholder. People do many things that are inherently dangerous: sky diving, mountain climbing, exploring space, going into space, bronc busting... :)

Poor Owen. It's unclear whether he regrets being seduced or that this time it's not his turn.

OT (possibly): one of the kids in my daughter's class is called Ianto. I laughed and couldn't explain why.

I think Owen was definitely and temporarily one of Jack's conquests and he'll always be somewhat ambivalent about that fact.

WOW! Is this an Italian Ianto or a German one? I didn't know the name was used at all outside of Wales.

Actually I'm mildly cheating. It's a Ian-Thomas who hates his own name and insists on being called Ianto, pronounced as... well. how do I explain? The German Th sounds T. Pronounced as it would be in Italian or Spanish (or German).

Amazing what Tosh is willing to do for Owen, even when she knows or at least suspects his true motives for trying to divert Jack's focus.

And yeah. I mean Owen and Gwen were almost as inevitable as Jack and Gwen. She walked into the Hub and just threw everything into turmoil.
