very 'in character'. I can totally see the differences in Gibbs & Fornell that would make Gibbs pass the buck on the reports & have Fornell insisting on doing them himself.
Ziva's not the type to do reports - not that I don't think Gibbs has respect for McGee - but he has a completely different respect for Ziva that I don't think would ever entail him pushing paperwork onto her.
well done! :)

I think he MIGHT ask Ziva, but her brand of English is so distinctive that I think that would make it too obvious. (Especially when Jenny was in charge.) In a way, getting McGee to do his reports would be a way showing showing Tim that he does respect him, or at least that part of his talent.

And I'm sure that Fornell does ALL his own reports and looks everything over before he signs off. Both guys have different styles but command the respect and love of their teams.

Whoa...it just found this.
Very nice. I can see Fornell with Gibbs's half glasses sitting there in his white t-shirt.
Gibbs shirtless.

Thanks! That's quite the detailed tableau. :) I agree though. It's not exactly fluffy, but I just see Gibbs/Fornell as actually being able to share something resembling a home life.
