"I'm good at a lot of things. But I'm not great at anything. Not anything very marketable anyway.
Welcome to the club. When it comes to marketing myself for jobs, I just explain that I can learn how to do anything, I will enjoy learning pretty much anything, and that I will learn how to do it very fast.
That's about the best way I've found to make it sound like it's a good thing, rather than "yeah.... I like learning new shit, but once I know the basics, and can do it reliably, I'll lose interest, then go learn something completely different."
