We're back from the grownup doctor today, who checked in on the aftermath of the Labor From Hell.  He says everything seems pretty good, but still no exercise for another month, just walking.  And no lifting anything much heavier than Paddy's car seat.  Humbug to that.  But on the up side, I'm allowed to drive again*, so I'm not completely stuck at
