Keep looking. Check out Crutchfield.com among other places -- though finding a stereo that 1) looks decent and has a good interface (like knobs you can turn), 2) plays MP3s and 3) is affordable can be tough. Usually you get either 1) or 3). Almost all of them do 2).
Hope the nerve gets unpinched soon, too :-/

My boyfriend got me a better computer monitor and OMG WoW looked fantastic that he looked into getting himself a better screen LOL

I am soo far behind but i am looking forward to Cataclysm after reading n articale on what's going to happen and such. (very excited to have a Worgen they can skin beasts with their claws!)
