100 albums I heard before I died - Part 1

thefabone recently did a list with his own personal top 100 of movies... so why shouldn't I do a list of my own personal top 100 of albums? It took me a while to sort it all out though, and striking things off from it was seriously painful in all of the cases. If it hadn't been for the striking this could easily have become a top 250. But well... here we go

Aber... aber... das müsste ja heissen daß du noch nie etwas in deinem Leben zumindest von den Beatles gehört hast? Oder David Bowie? D: Das will ich jetzt nicht glauben, grad. :(

My own personal Top 100 wouldn't start before the 80s... But yay, Kinks and Zombies!

I actually expected mine to even start a little earlier than 1968 and to have more from the 60s and 70s in it... but well, what do you know? Apparently I'm more modern than I ever thought, after all. *g*

Kinks were very hard, because they have so many albums from that time that I like very very much... but I had to throw all of them off so I had space for other things and went with the album that I listened to the most.

Depends on your own rules that you make! I however decided to leave all compilations and soundtracks off the list because it's one about ALBUMS, after all! (If it wasn't for that, some of them would have appeared on it, though. And gah... it would have made creating the list so much harder. So many more things to strike off! lol)

Pffft, Downloads. Dabei bist du einer der wenigen Leute die ich kenne die Spotify benutzen. ;)

Und die sind alle nach dem Jahr sortiert. Wenn ich jetzt auch noch anfangen würde die von einem Platz 1 abwärts zu ordnen, dann würde ich noch bis 2084 daran sitzen... und es ohnehin für unmöglich befinden.
