Wait, I needed to gather whatever remains from what I've learned...XD

It's really for verification as well as ensuring that you're seller would ship to a bonafide address :)

In most cases faxing docs usually works. But to be honest, there are sadly some cases wherein the buyer is simply advised to pay through other options. I know this blows, sorry to break it to you ^^;

But keep your fingers crossed. I don't actually know the nitty-gritty on which faxed docs passes the standards, because they're screened by another department, so there's still a chance Nina will find her way to you ^^

Ugh. Problem, sana wag mag-inarte seller ko, cause I refuse to have Nina shipped to Cavite. Postal system here is horrendous!

and the reason why they're asking you for a utility bill is because they need the address in it to verify the address on your credit bill :)
